    If all L1, L2, L3 phase voltages are balanced and there is no missing phase; normal LED turns on and the relay energizes its contact. If phase-neutral voltage unbalance value exceeds + 20 %, normal LED turns off and relay de-energizes its contact. When the unbalance returns to normal boundary, normal LED turns on and the relay energizes its contact again.
